Product-specific rules
Sportsbook, fantasy, contests, poker, horses, markets, news, and Collect have different legal and operational requirements. A product is not open for paid participation until its applicable eligibility, house rules, scoring, settlement, and jurisdiction notices are published.
Fair participation
One individual must not use another person's account, manipulate an event, collude, use prohibited automation, exploit technical errors, or circumvent location, age, identity, or self-exclusion controls.
Results and errors
Future paid-game rules must specify authoritative data sources, event postponements, cancellations, voids, ties, scoring corrections, and dispute windows. No universal settlement promise applies to products not yet launched.
Promotions and rewards
Any future offer will have its own published eligibility, expiration, restrictions, and redemption terms. Edge Points have no stated cash value or redemption rights unless expressly announced in an approved offer.
Moderation and enforcement
We may investigate reported abuse and restrict features where appropriate, subject to law and the applicable service agreement. Account and identity records are reviewed by authorized personnel.
